You may refund your goods (nonexclusive brands) subject to the following conditions: –

  • Refund within three days of purchase or receiving the pet product.
    You will be asked to present the original invoice for the goods.
    Products are not damaged or used.
    No collection of delivered goods will be done for Refund.
